Yes. Your site is static and fast; your booking runs through your practice software (the one you use, or a good option I'll recommend in the proposal). The site puts a booking button one tap away on every page that opens your system, so patients book directly and every detail stays in your software. I don't store any of it. The account is created in your name, like everything else.
I keep the contact form to name, email and message only: no health details. Any booking or patient-intake system is separate and handled securely, in your name. If you ever want patients to submit anything sensitive, that needs a HIPAA-appropriate setup, which we scope separately.
The site is built so Google can read it properly:
- Clean structure and fast pages
- LocalBusiness markup
- Your name, address and phone consistent everywhere
That's the foundation. Rankings depend on your reviews, your competition and your Google Business Profile, which the Launch Package sets up and optimizes. Nobody can honestly promise you a position.
Counted from kickoff, not from your first message. Once your contract is signed and the deposit is in:
- Landing page: 2 business days
- Full site: 2–4 business days
- Launch Package: 3–6 business days, with Google verification running alongside
Production runs hours ahead of your clock: your evening approval becomes the next morning's progress. So the calendar is really set by how fast you review drafts. Rush delivery is available as a priced option, and your exact dates go in the proposal.
Almost nothing. I handle the full setup, and every account is created in your name. The only step that stays with you is paying for your domain: I pick it, prepare everything, and send you a short link to complete the purchase. It takes about five minutes, and using your own card keeps the domain registered to you and renewing under your control. Hosting is free, so there is nothing else to pay. If you already own your domain, even that step disappears. None of it slows the build down.
For the Launch Package, Google Business Profile verification runs on Google's timeline, usually within the week.
