Who actually performs my treatment?
Injectables are performed by Maya, a nurse practitioner. Skin and body treatments are performed by Camille, a licensed aesthetician. Dr. Voss sets the protocols every treatment follows and is the medical backstop. Nobody without a license touches your face.
How long do results last?
Neuromodulators like Botox and Dysport last roughly three to four months. Filler runs anywhere from six to eighteen months, depending on the product and the area it is placed. Skin treatments build over a series and hold with maintenance. All of this varies from person to person, and longevity is not something we can guarantee.
Does it hurt, and how much downtime is there?
Most injectable appointments are quick, and topical numbing is available if you want it. Downtime differs by treatment, so we list it next to each one in the Treatments section rather than repeating it here.
What happens to my photos and my health information?
- •The website itself collects no health information. Booking, intake, and records run through the secure booking system.
- •Before and after photos are only ever used publicly with your written authorization.
- •Declining photos changes nothing about your treatment.
- •You can withdraw permission later, and the photos come down.

Online, in about a minute, through the booking system. No phone tag. The consultation is free, and it stays free whether or not you decide to go ahead with anything.
What if something goes wrong, or I do not like the result?
You come back in so we can look at it together, at no charge. Dr. Voss is available for anything medical. Some things can be adjusted or dissolved; others simply need time to settle. We will not pretend every result is instantly fixable, but we will be straight with you about which is which.
