No surprise fees

  • No trip charge inside our nine-town service area.
  • If we find something extra, work stops until you approve it.

Free estimates

Every replacement and install gets a free written estimate, in your hand before anything is ordered. Repair calls carry a $59 diagnostic fee, and we waive it the moment you approve the work.

Financing available

A repipe or a boiler is a real expense, so we work with an outside lender: 0% for 12 months, or terms up to 60 months on jobs over $1,000. Checking your options is a soft credit pull and does not move your score.

About us · 04

Three trucks, nine towns, one standard.

Dave Kessler pulled his first permit in 1998 and still runs calls himself. The shop has grown to three trucks and six licensed techs since then, and the rule has not changed: quote it straight, do it once, stand behind it.

Every technician who knocks on your door is licensed, background checked, and drives a marked truck. You get a name and a photo by text before anyone arrives.

Reviews · 06

What people say once the water stops.

These reviews were written for a fictional concept site. They are not real customers and not real jobs.

Called at 11:40 on a Sunday night with water coming through the kitchen ceiling. A person picked up, and a truck was in the driveway before one. The price he quoted on the phone is exactly what I paid.
Dana W. Emergency repair Illustrative
They quoted the repipe at $4,600 and it came in at $4,600. After three contractors who all found a reason to go up, that was worth a lot.
Marcus L. Whole-home repipe Illustrative
The tech showed me the camera footage before he said a word about price, then walked me through what would happen if we waited a year. No pressure either way.
Priya S. Sewer inspection Illustrative
Financing meant we replaced the water heater that week instead of nursing it through another winter. The paperwork took about ten minutes at the kitchen table.

Questions · 07

Asked before the truck shows up.

Do you really answer at 2 a.m.?

Yes, and a person answers, not a machine. Someone is on call every night of the year including holidays. Emergencies go to the front of the line, and we aim to have a technician at your door within 60 minutes of the call.

Will I know the price before you start?

Always. We quote a flat rate for the job, in writing, and you approve it before a wrench comes out of the truck. We never bill by the hour, so a job that takes longer than expected costs you nothing extra. If we open a wall and find a second problem, work stops and you decide what happens next.

What does “licensed, bonded and insured” actually mean?

  • Licensed: the work is done by tradespeople the state has tested and permitted.
  • Bonded: a surety bond pays you if we take a deposit and fail to finish.
  • Insured: liability coverage pays for damage to your home, so it never lands on your homeowner policy.
  • Ask any contractor for all three in writing. We hand ours over without being asked.

Which towns do you cover?

Corwin Falls, Ashgrove, Millbrook, Deming Heights, Stonebridge, Fairlane, Northgate, Redbank and Old Mill Township. There is no trip charge anywhere on that list. Just outside it? Call and ask. We would rather say no on the phone than waste your afternoon.

Do you offer financing?

Yes, through an outside lender, for anything over $1,000. Options run from 0% for 12 months up to 60-month terms, subject to approval. Seeing what you qualify for is a soft credit check and does not affect your score. Most people finish the application at the kitchen table in about ten minutes.

What warranty comes with the work?

Two years on our workmanship, plus whatever the manufacturer covers on the parts, which is typically six to twelve years on a water heater. If something we installed fails inside the warranty, we come back and make it right at no charge. That promise is printed on the invoice, not just said out loud.

Tell us what is leaking. We will tell you the price.

One call gets you a flat quote and a time window. No hold music, no dispatch runaround, no overtime surcharge at midnight.
